Quinn
With 20+ years of working behind the chair as a luxury stylist, and having been a salon owner since 2014, Quinn has coached many of the Lakeshore’s top stylists.
Thanks to her endless sense of curiosity, Quinn has traveled nationally and internationally to bring industry-leading innovation back to West Michigan, learning from many, including celebrity stylists such as Chris McMillan, Ruth Roche, and Jaye Edwards. Quinn believes that when you stop learning, you stop growing. She works daily to encourage and strengthen her teams by working alongside them, shoulder to shoulder, and is passionate about nurturing future leaders in the West Michigan community.
As a Mane Janes business advisor and assistant coach, Quinn’s goal is to give independent stylists something unique: top notch guidance, useful insights, and hard-won wisdom from someone who has “walked on both sides.”
Alissa
As a top Lakeshore colorist with 15+ years working behind the chair, Alissa specializes in blonding and hair cutting, and maintains a list of luxury clientele. She leads as both a salon manager and Captain, overseeing rising talent, quality control, and day-to-day operations.
Family is Alissa’s top priority and she encourages nurturing the balance between your career and your loved ones — which makes her both a beautiful mentor for those in the beauty industry, and an excellent “hair-therapist.” She leads by example, holding a standard of excellence in her work while supporting her growing family, and as a result has earned the title of a “Truth-Coach” from her peers.
